Today marks the launch of my new real estate technology blog and journal.

The intention of this page is to have an ongoing listing and commentary of a variety things, topics and subject matter to include just about anything that is of interest whether it be social commentary, Real Estate Technology or simply a Rant or a Rave !

I must state for the record, that I am NOT a Real Estate Agent, my customer and verticle market is the real estate agent and real estate office, however, I’ve found that over the past several months, my client needs and my own business development have led me more and more toward researching and utilizing a host of new technology, methods and discussions of how best to leverage and monetize existing and future technology acquistions. Most of this technology is online in nature - web sites, blogs, podcasts, SEO, PPC, etc.

During the research, development and extension of my own online presence, I thought it would be helpful to highlight some of the information, tips and advice I’ve been finding and receiving. Hence, the creation of this blog.

But … the most difficult thing for me was where to start …

Should I start talking about basic online concepts like a domain name, website and HTML for readers that don’t know anything about them, or should I just start …. Eventually I decided to just start typing and let things fall as they may …. This might make it difficult for a complete novice to follow, but the information is out there - don’t think of this blog as a complete resource for everything tech with real estate. I encourage you to get out there and continue doing your own research on tech trends in your business. If you turn up some interesting new ideas, pass them along or leave a comment here.

Above all, I hope you enjoy and find this blog both fun and informative … feel free to participate and add to the collective knowledge!

Oh - By the Way -you might gather that this is not the standard blog format.  This is intentional and allows me to review each item personally before being posted !
